I got this recipe from the book 'Spice Market' by Jane Lawson.
The recipe is as follows
Seeds from 10 green cardamon pods
1 cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons cumin seeds
2 teaspoons cloves
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Dry fry the spices for 1-2 minutes. Set aside and cool.
