proscuitto and rock melon



Beautiful combination.  NZ rock melons are perfect this time of year....

    i have some proscuitto at home. Do you just wrap it around the melon and add pepper?

    yes, a bit of salt too. You don't need much proscuitto. Rip it into thin strips.
